Mandatory I-9 Supervisor Training

Human Resources will be hosting I-9 trainings for supervisors on May 22 and June 9 in-person on the Forest Grove Campus (Tran Library, Room 201), and June 16 in-person on the Hillsboro Campus (Baker Hall). Please use the link to sign up for a training that works best with your schedule.
These trainings are mandatory for supervisors who handle employee onboarding and I-9 verifications in your department. You will only need to sign up for one training date.
The trainings will be led by our HR Generalist and Employee Experience Coordinator, Catheryn Coupland and HRIS Analyst and Administrator, Katrina Gust.
Thursday May 22, 2025 1pm-2pm
Monday June 9, 2025 10am-11am
Monday June 16, 2025 10am-11am in Hillsboro
