Facilitated Listening Sessions
These sessions are designed to gather constructive ideas and forward-thinking suggestions from staff on how to improve workplace practices, systems, and culture through questions asked of the group to promote discussions and idea-sharing.

Drop-in Sessions
These sessions are designed to gather constructive ideas and forward-thinking suggestions on how to improve workplace practices, systems, and culture through unstructured, free-form, "what would you like to share with us" style. They are held from 8 a.m - 12 p.m.

Request an Office Visit
An Office Visit is a prearranged, in-person visit to your office by two Staff Excellence Committee members. There is a limited number of office visits the committee can make. We will prioritize groups whose work schedules may not allow attendance at the other idea-gathering events listed above. Committee members will meet with your office to gather your staff's ideas about one or more of the topic areas. .
