As the temperature rises in the Summer, we must remind ourselves how to stay safe from possible wildfire smoke and excessive heat. OSHA requires an annual Wildfire Smoke training and Heat Safety training. These trainings have been created by the Human Resources office and will be launched to all employees in Paycom at the end of June.
You will get an email from Paycom informing you of a new Learning Enrollment Confirmation. When you receive this email, you can view the content in your Paycom Employee Self Service account. Under the "Learning" tab, you will select "My Learning". From this page, you can select "Assigned" on the left hand side. Both the Heat Safety Training and Wildfire Smoke Training will be available to complete. Please review all slides in each of the trainings.
These trainings need to be completed by November 30, 2025.
