The seeks to create a culture that empowers, advances, and supports everyone's ability to thrive as staff at 91ÊÓƵ—because of who we are. (Please note that empower, thrive, and advance are the three categories of our Strategic Plan and we felt it was important to connect this work with the university's guiding document through 2030.)
These sessions are designed to gather constructive ideas and forward-thinking suggestions on how to improve workplace practices, systems, and culture​ through an unstructured, free-form, "what would you like to share with us" style.

A 10-question survey has been designed around four topics (Training and Development, Working Smarter, Culture & Accountability, and Work-Life Well Being). and/or view the questions in advance of the listening session.
