The first step to begin planning your conference or event is to secure the facility for your dates. Submit the Conference & Event Request Form, so we can understand your program needs and ensure a seamless and successful planning process.

Campus space may be limited, so starting the process early will help ensure more choices and availability. 

Conference Housing

91ÊÓƵ offers a variety of residence halls to accommodate  your conference needs, with both traditional and apartment-style rooms available from late May to late July. 

Traditional Residence Halls 

Walter Hall, McCormick Hall, Clark Hall
 

These residence halls offer an array of room options to suit your conference needs. Most rooms are designed for double occupancy, featuring two twin beds, desks, chairs, dressers, and ample closet space. Single, triple, and quad rooms are also available for added flexibility. Each floor is equipped with community bathrooms and private showers, providing a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests.

Residence Halls with Apartments

Burlingham Hall, Gilbert Hall, and Vandervelden Court
 

These residence halls feature a mix of apartments with three or four bedrooms, accommodating up to six people. Many of these apartments include fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, offering the convenience of preparing your own meals. Each apartment also includes two bathrooms and a stylish, furnished living area. Every bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet, ensuring an enjoyable and productive space for all guests.

*Vandervelden Court offers a unique living experience with individual apartment entries, not an enclosed hall, offering each apartment its own private outdoor entry. Each apartment features four single bedrooms, a comfortable living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms.
