You're invited to our last CETCI Pedagogy After-Hours of the year, featuring Katy Theumer and Nancy Christoph from World Languages and Literatures. They will be talking about increasing accessibility and inclusivity in the classroom through the use of Open Educational Resources (OERs). Join us Wednesday, April 16, from 5-6 pm in the Tran Library on the Forest Grove Campus. There will be snacks, refreshments, and plenty of time to chat with Katy, Nancy, and colleagues from across the University. Please register on the CETCI website. Sarah Cavanagh, author of Mind Over Monsters: Supporting Youth Mental Health with Compassionate Challenge, will visit campus on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. A wide variety of events will be planned on, inviting students, faculty, and staff to engage with Prof. Cavanagh and the concept of “compassionate challenge” in the college classroom. Please save the the date and learn how you can prepare for her visit.
